Once the purchase is completed we are contacting you in a brief time to confirm the order and agree with the delivery.
We ship globally and the shipping costs will be made clear to you before you confirm payment.
Delivery time varies between 5 and 8 working days after the order is confirmed.
Made to measure and beds will take an additional 20 days.
If an item is momentarily out of stock and delivery times a little longer we will inform you via e-mail.

All orders are shipped from Madrid, Spain by the courier service TNT. The shipping costs are automatically calculated and shown before the customer agrees on the order.
We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
In the case of faulty goods, we will reimburse you in full, the cost of the product and postage. In the case of non-faulty goods, we will reimburse you for the cost of the product only We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalized, made-to-measure/order or bespoke products unless they are faulty.
